The neighborhood is a small grouping of homes in a primarily rural area, surrounded by orchards and overlooking a beautiful vineyard.  Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city to be peaceful and serene, the apartments are just a few minutes away from  dining, casinos, golf, and shopping.

Charming first floor one bedroom

This newly renovated one bedroom apartment features a separate entrance in this owner-occupied home.  The color palette is a soothing grey tone, to complement the relaxing atmosphere in our calm neighborhood.  It features a bay window overlooking a new vineyard, and an open concept kitchen / living / dining area, a separate bedroom with king size bed, large closets, and a full private bathroom.  Shared laundry facilities are convenient and included in the price.

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. We love children, but the property is not suitable for them due to safety concerns, and rental is limited to ADULTS ONLY.

This property is located overlooking the southern portion of the Monserate Winery, located in Gird Valley, in Fallbrook, CA.  The vineyards were planted in 2017, and have matured and are producing wine.  The winery tasting room and wedding facility is planned to open in 2021/2022.
