There is SHARED ACCESS to a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and hanging rack; a covered backyard patio and eating area; yard with covered swing; and BBQ.

The YARD and GARDEN consists of roses, passion fruit, iris, and a variety of flowers and succulents. Crape Myrtle trees line the front and side of the property. Garden art, hummingbird feeders and wind spinners provide visual interest. A succulent fountain, and variety of lit features gives the garden nighttime allure. This garden has been featured in the Fallbrook Garden Club's member tours. While small, it is beautiful!
