One Bedroom Apartment




Our nightly base rates for direct bookings are:

          $200 Friday and Saturday nights,
          $180 Sunday through Thursday.
          Three night minimum.

Our discounted weekly rate is:  $1100*

Our discounted monthly rate is:  $2,600

All rentals require:  Security deposit**:  $250

                                 Cleaning fee***:  $125




* Rentals under 31 days in duration are subject to San Diego County 8% Transient Occupancy Tax, not included in rate shown, collected upon arrival.   Rentals over 31 days must sign a lease and tax form to be excluded from taxes.



By booking directly with us, you avoid the service fees imposed by booking companies. 

** Security deposits are returned within 7 days of checkout.
*** Cleaning fee is used to hire professional cleaner to prepare the apartment for your stay.
